Starter Mini-Blocks are also used for seeds and cuttings. The advantage over A-Ok plugs and Macroplugs is that the Mini-blocks can sit in a tray (flat) without support. They are also individually wrapped in white plastic to minimize algae growth. Seedlings can be transplanted into any loose media such as Growcubes or CocoCan™ Gro-Mix. Or leave wrapping on and set on top of a larger Gro-block. Mini-blocks are popular for production of aquatic plants. They are packed in easy tear away strips, labeled with instructions.
